‘L’ Rods are one of the most common dowsing tools in use today.

The rods are held by the shorter end, normally used in pairs and kept just off horizontal (dipping down slightly at the front) as you walk (or they point you) towards your target.

The art is in asking the right questions and this can be on any topic including health issues, looking for water and energy lines, conversation with a ghost, food intolerances and so on.
